SHIPPING OPRIONS
DELIVERY
All postage (Australia and International) is automatically calculated using Australia Post’s on line postage calculator. This new enhancement ensures you are only paying for freight relating to your specific order and delivery location.
Orders valued at over $250.00 may be sent to you by courier at no additional cost where a signature will be required. We therefore recommend using a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest depot. You will be required to contact the depot to arrange collection.
All orders requested to be sent to a PO Box will be sent via post. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery within Australia from dispatch. Please note all items are printed upon receipt of order and can take up to 10 working days before dispatch.
We are happy to arrange for your order to be sent by Registered Post and or Express Post both of which can be added as optional extras when selecting your shipping method.
All prices are billed in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending as a gift.
FINE PRINT
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. Strikes). All colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.
We reserve the right to verify orders, and that payment details supplied are bona fide. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund monies paid.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q TEST FIRST
We have included in each kit a Quality Test Sticker (look for the large Q). Please test your surface with the Q sticker before installing the kit and leave for at least 48 hours. If there are any issues with the test piece, please return the full kit within 14 days for a full refund excluding. Please understand only full kits (excluding the Q) are eligible for refund.
SHOP REFUNDS
If purchased through a retail store you will need to refer to the store refund policy.
WEB, PHONE AND FAX ORDERED REFUNDS
For a refund please include the shipping document you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned at buyers cost, within 14 days of receipt of the goods in original packaging. However for Christmas gifts the return period is extended to 28 days from 25 December. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage.
SEASONAL AND PERSONALISED RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders for products that have been personalised or are for seasonal occasions may not be exchanged or returned. This policy supersedes all other return and exchange policies of interiorinstyle (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
